Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

I have to give credit for this delicious recipe to my future sister-in-law. She understands my love for food and sent me a few recipes she came up with and thought we would like. Growing up their family used to go to a Mexican restaurant in California that served cinnamon sugar chips and this was her healthy version of them.

We had made burritos the other week and had some left over whole wheat wraps that needed to be used up.
Lightly butter the tortilla, I used I can't believe it's not butter but spray butter would work easier.
In a small bowl combine 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 Tablespoon sugar. Sprinkle the mixture on the tortilla.
Cut the tortilla into 8 slices and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake them at 350 for 12-15 minutes until they become crispy and voila!

They are crispy and sweet yet not fried. And with the whole wheat tortilla they are a relatively healthy afternoon snack.
